Eran Salu
Founder & Managing Partner
Eran Salu is the founder and Managing Director of JAL Equity, where he has used personal capital to acquire 50+ companies over the past 15 years. Before JAL Equity, Eran worked as an M&A Advisor at Morgan Stanley (in New York and Menlo Park) and SGCapital (in Los Angeles) and has executed over $20BN in merger transactions. Eran is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business (as a Palmer Scholar) and the UC Berkeley School of Law.
Andy Johnson
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As the COO of Marketing.com, Andy leads Operations and Sales with full P&L responsibility. An industry leader in business performance and operational excellence, he excels in building leadership teams and scaling businesses through M&A. Andy was President of Cenveo’s Label division, leading its sale to Brook + Whittle in 2022. He also managed over 40 facilities and $1.7 billion in sales at Cenveo and was the Senior Business Unit Leader for BantaPublications before joining Cenveo.
Wendy Holmvik
Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Wendy leads Marketing.com’s National Sales and Marketing organization, advising Fortune 1000 companies and C-level executives on innovative multichannel solutions. She emphasizes new business development, enterprise account strategies, and driving sales across all portfolios. Previously, Wendy held a senior role at RR Donnelly and led the Packaging & Display Division at Cenveo, overseeing 900 employees and $320 million in annual sales. Her leadership was pivotal in the Division’s $105 million acquisition by WestRock.
Piero Rossi
Chief Transformation Officer (CTO)
Piero focuses on the origination and integration of commercial printing and direct mail acquisitions. With 30 years of operational roles in the printing industry, he was most recently the EVP of Operations for ColorArt. Piero has a successful track record in reorganizations and restructuring, crucial for mergers and acquisitions. He works with private equity and privately held companies to expand capabilities and consolidate in national and international markets, including America, Europe, and Asia.
Sardor Alibaev
Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)
Sardor Alibaev is the Chief Accounting Officer at Marketing.com, leading the Finance and Accounting functions. With over 20 years of experience, Sardor began his career at PWC andEY and later held finance leadership roles in manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices, and high-tech companies ranging from $250 million to $11 billion. He specializes in building finance teams, implementing ERP systems, and onboarding acquired businesses. Sardor is a CPA and holds a degree in finance from Auburn University.
Scott Ijams
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Scott Ijams is the Chief Information Officer of JAL Equity, specializing in technology and integrating new acquisitions. With over 30 years of experience in technology and operations in the marketing and print industry, he was most recently the COO for MoneyMailer. Scott has a proven track record of using technology to drive innovation and efficiency. He began his career as a Naval Aviator with the US Marine Corps and holds an engineering degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Liam Oliver
Chief E-Commerce Officer (CECO)
Liam leads a portfolio of software and e-commerce ventures at JAL Equity. He previously managed a SaaS online ordering platform serving 3,000 restaurants and directed a product strategy for acquiring and consolidating 18 magazines. Liam has launched major e-commerce brands and developed products for USA Today and other media outlets, including VR news stories. He also advises StatPearls, the largest provider of healthcare continuing education, and manages a real estate portfolio.
Jeff Kingsford
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Jeff Kingsford, co-founder of GrowMail.com and Chief Product Officer, has over 20 years of expertise in the Martech space. He excels in creating advanced applications that simplify direct mail and printing solutions, making these services more accessible and efficient for businesses. Jeff drives innovation and growth with a strong background in sales and marketing. His visionary leadership ensures GrowMail remains at the forefront of marketing technology advancements.
Kate Fenlon
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Kate is Marketing.com Chief Human Resources Officer, leading HR for a global team of over 3,000 members. With nearly two decades of experience, she excels in building high-performing teams, driving organizational change, and supporting M&A activities. Since joining in 2021, Kate has built the HR infrastructure, including the shared services model for talent, benefits, and payroll. She holds a bachelor’s from Webster University, a PHR certification, and is pursuing a Master’s in Human Resources Development.
Christina Parsons
EVP of Creative Strategy
Christina is the EVP of Creative Strategy for Marketing.com, leading the rebrand from ColorArt. With over 20 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing, she consistently develops effective campaigns. As the former owner of DAS Group, she earned recognition from Entrepreneur Magazine for several years. Christina holds an MBA from Florida International University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Miami.
